About Joeys
- A Joey Scout Mob comprises of boys and girls who have turned 6 years old but not yet 8 years old.
- Joey Scout leaders can be men or women.
- Joey scout leaders are known as Australian Animals.
- At each meeting Joeys take part in handcrafts, games, singing and intellectual adventures.

These badges are completed as a mob.
Individual Badge
The Promise challenge.
Gives the older joeys an opportunity to demonstrate a deeper understanding of the promise and law.

Registration
$100.00 per child paid when your child first joins. This covers scout registration and accident insurance.
Weekly Subs
$8.00 per child. This is due each week that we meet, 40 weeks per year. Even if your child misses a week your child's subs are still due. The group will pay your registration renewal.
The Uniform
The Joey Scout uniform should always be worn in a neat and tidy manner and with pride.
The Scout uniform for Goodna includes the section shirt, scarf and woggle, and navy blue or black shorts, pants or skirts.
Enclosed shoes are mandatory for safety reasons.
